The alarm continues to sound even when the battery is replaced!
-You can use it after the motor rotates by touching the master key twice in a row.
Usually, if you try to lock the battery while the battery is weak, the motor will not rotate and the door will not lock. However, since the product software recognizes that it is locked, an error alarm will be issued when the lock has not been released. This state remains the same even if the battery is replaced with a new one, so even if the door is actually open, you must open the door using the master key to return to normal.
I'm using a one-time password product, but the door doesn't open!
-You can initialize the password and open the door by using the master key registered on the product .
Master Key is not provided to individuals, so please contact the facility manager where the product is installed.

The password is correct but the door does not open!
-Connect the emergency power to the emergency power terminal at the bottom of the product using a 9V alkaline battery.
If the password is correct but the door does not open, the battery is often low. When emergency power is connected, pressing the existing password will open the door.
※ This is not a rechargeable product, so keep the emergency power connected and enter the password.

I forgot my electronic lock khaki password!
-You can initialize the password and open the door by using the master key registered on the product .

I hear a strange beep every time I open the door!
-Replace the battery immediately when the beep sounds while opening the door.
If the electronic key is low on battery, a low-voltage beep sounds every time the door is opened. If the door does not open because you miss the battery replacement time, open the door using the registered password or master key while touching the 9V alkaline battery to the emergency power supply terminal under the electronic key.

When the lock is operated, the lock comes out normally, but the door does not lock and a warning sound is heard!
-The bracket or door hinge must be aligned with the center of the lock.
If the lock is not properly connected to the bracket and the alarm sounds due to interference, the alarm does not stop and continues to sound. In this case, touch the master key and touch the master key once again when the alarm sound stops. Adjust the bracket or door hinge position after the motor turns and the alarm stops.
The door doesn't open and a beep sounds!
-If you put the registered master key on the product while the warning sound is being generated, the warning sound will stop.
If an incorrect password or unregistered key is entered more than 4 times, a beep sounds for about 20 seconds and the product stops working. You can open the door by entering the registered password or touching the registered master key once again after the beep stops using the master key.
※ If you open the door with the master key, all passwords registered in the product will be deleted and you must re-register before using it.
I have never received a master key!
-Master keys are generally not provided to individuals.
If you need a master key, please request the master key from the facility manager where the product is installed.
The door does not open even if I touch the master key!
A1. If the master key is deleted: 1 beep [band-]
Beep 1 [band-] occurs when an unregistered master key is touched. Please check if there are other registered master keys. If there is no registered master key, use the owner key to register a new master key.
A2. When the batteries are weak or discharged
Even if the registered master key has a weak battery, the door will not open. The door can be opened by using the master key while the power is connected with the external power supply method.
I lost my master key!
-If the door is open, you can initialize the product or register the master key directly using the owner key.
If you have an extra key, you can register a new master key using the owner key. If you do not have an extra key, you can purchase it at CNS Digitech head office. A new blank key cannot be used immediately after purchase, but must be registered in the product according to the purpose.
